Our services
We provide professional property valuation services which are executed by our trained, registered and licensed valuers. In addition, we also provide advisory services with regards to development feasibility and planning application services as well have investment transaction advisory.
Valuation Services
We value all principal property types (i.e., residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, mining and agricultural) to internationally accepted standards for various purposes such as sale, purchase, compensation, insurance, accounting, mortgage, national and municipal taxation (rating) and letting. Besides immovable property, we also value way leaves, plant and machinery and other movable assets (e.g. office furniture and motor vehicles) for different purposes.
Property Management
Property management involves overseeing real estate to meet owners’ goals, enhancing its value, and ensuring income or benefits. A management plan is created from a detailed property assessment to address weaknesses and strengths for potential maximization. This includes enforcing leases, securing tenants, collecting rent, overseeing repairs, advising on market rents and rent review patterns, maintaining records, and general upkeep to prevent property deterioration.
Estate Agency
The service involves selling, letting, or securing properties for clients, extending beyond just connecting buyers or tenants with properties. It includes advising sellers on market value, vetting prospective buyers or tenants for financial capability and fit, advising buyers on property suitability and condition, negotiating transactions with all parties’ interests in mind, and coordinating with lawyers for property transfer.
